Who is your greatest inspiration?
My grandfather.
Who are your mentors and why?
Lynn Nichols. He's an exceptional business leader and man. He made Yingling Aviation what it is today. [My father] William Theademan [for] his ability to prioritize family and work. He started a business 37 years ago with nothing to his name. He built that into a nice success, but being a good dad and raising his children was his number one priority.
