Helping leaders, and women in particular, gain clarity and close gaps from where they are now to where they aspire to be.

What do you wish someone had told you during your career journey?
You often learn and grow the most in the hard chapters, but you don’t have to go it alone.

What is your foundation?
Relationships — with God, myself, my husband and children, and my family and friends.

What is the most valuable lesson you have learned?
Taking ownership, working diligently, being genuine and stepping out in faith is a powerful package.

What is one word you would use to describe yourself and why?
Authentic. I strive to be true to myself and bring my whole self to everything I do.

What motivates you?
Serving others and providing meaningful, high-quality work.

What is your favorite app and why?
Just one?! The Bible app. Accessing truth and uplifting content is just a few clicks away.

What book are you reading now? Why?
Winning the War in Your Mind by Craig Groeschel. I love the combination of faith and science when it comes to mindset.
