Who is your greatest inspiration?
My greatest inspiration is my mother. She taught me a lot of great lessons. I have learned my work ethic, love for people and leading with empathy.

What are your strengths and why?
I feel like I have a strong ability to connect with people, to navigate challenging environments and to see the lesson in every situation. These strengths have allowed me to maneuver successfully, both professionally and personally.

What makes you unique?
A unique quality I have is to be thought provoking, yet empathetic, and being able to leverage my identity to create opportunities for others.

What do you collect? Why?
I am a collector of shoes! I think of shoes as art and think they have the ability to elevate an outfit and even start a conversation.

How are you most likely to spend a weekend?
Coaching at Orangetheory, trying a new restaurant or at the movie theater.

What is one word you would use to describe yourself and why?
One word I would use to describe myself is adaptable. I feel like I am rarely in a situation where I feel like I can't contribute or know what role I can fill.

What do you do for fun or to recharge?
I love to travel, I like to listen to music or attend concerts, lastly, I enjoy being home and watching cooking shows as I drink a glass of wine.

What are your core values?
Accountability, Compassion, Loyalty.

What is your leadership style?
I love to invest, empower and equip those that I lead. I believe leadership is about others and that you can't truly lead effectively if you don't take time to establish intentional relationships and cultivate trust within those relationships.

Who are your mentors and why?
I have a few Dr. Kaye Monk-Morgan, she is the consummate professional that can navigate any difficult situation with grace and dignity. Dr. Mark Vermillion because he leads with compassion, self awareness and equity. Riccardo Harris , Its rare to see a person who leads with love and empathy the way he does and I value and respect that very much.

What motivates you?
I am motivated by change and the disruption of systems and the status quo! I'm invested in impact and driving change in whatever space I occupy.

What are you an expert in?
I don't know if I'd say I'm an "expert" in anything...I will say I am well versed in the areas of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging, health and fitness and leadership. To me the tie that binds is people.... If I had to be an expert in something, i'd say I am an expert in working with, understanding, and providing opportunities for people to become a better version of themselves.

What’s the last series you binge-watched?
Last series I binged watched was Hijack on Netflix!

What is your favorite app and why?
I'd say Instagram, I'm influenced and inspired by food, fashion, fitness and music, that app allows me to regularly engage with all of the things that inspire me.

What music artist do you never get tired of?
I am a big Janet Jackson fan!

Who would play you in a movie about your life?
I'd say Jeremy Pope would be able to play me in a movie about my life.

What is your most used emoji?
I would either use the "SMH" emoji or the "mind blown"emoji.

If you could choose one superhuman ability, what would it be?
I would love teleportation, I greatly dislike the the process of traveling.

What book are you reading now? Why?
When Everyone Leads, I love leadership and the concepts associated with the topic!

What is your biggest pet peeve?
I am not a fan of tardiness.
